a botched Oklahoma lethal injection last year and one in Arizona in which the condemned man took nearly two hours to die.Cool, now it'll only take a few milliseconds for the perp to die with a well placed bullet to the heart.
This way he won't "suffer".

I don't know why the states couldn't just find a chemist and brew up whatever concoction they needed themselves.

I saw film of WWII German Werewolves during the Battle of the Bulge. They were tied to posts and instantly turned into rag dolls. Did not appear to suffer at all.
