Tech and archival experts aren’t buying Hillary’s claim she tracked down every official govt e-mail stored on her home server. Team Hillary said a review of State Dept and “.gov” e-mail addresses yielded 27,500 out of 62,320 total e-mails from her secy of state days. Staffers said a second search for key terms---“Benghazi” and “Libya,” yielded 2,900 more e-mails shipped off to the State Dept. Clinton aides, Huma Abedin and COS Cheryl Mills, were among those using non-govt e-mails, according to news outlets. Clinton says she deleted e-mails deemed personal. “The fact that keywords were used instead of reading each e-mail strikes me as a potentially flawed process,” said Jason Baron, former director of litigation for the National Archives and an attorney at Drinker Biddle & Reath.

“The Kelly File” reported that every employee-—including the Secy of State-—leaving the State Dept must sign an OF-109 form certifying that s/he has “surrendered to responsible officials all unclassified documents and papers relating to the official business of the US Government acquired by [said employee] while in the employ of the State Dept or USIA.”
“The Kelly File” reported it had reached out to the State Dept to find out whether Hillary Clinton signed the OF-109 form, but had not yet heard back.

They're desperately trying to decide whether to gin up a copy and throw her under the bus, find the one she really signed and throw her under the bus, or to try to explain WHY she never signed one and decide which underling to throw under the bus for not getting her signature.

There are so many methods and means to communicate outside formal channels you’d have to be stupid to get caught with incriminating email. Which is part of the point for me; just how stupid is Hillary?
