Incest? That’s about the only evil that isn’t involved. The egg didn’t come from the mother/grandmother. Genetically, the child is not the child of the mother and her son.
If the baby is the brother of the gay son, why does he need to “adopt” it? Since when do brothers need state permission to live together?
