Katie, you are correct . Unfortunately the controlling agency is the JUST US department who have a set of rules quite unlike any that resemble fair and equal treatment. OTOH Obama, Moochelle and Valarie Jarrett may want to put the final wrench to the Clinton machine and tell the AG to go for it.

Another document they may want to ask about: As Secretary of State, some of Hillary’s electronic correspondence would include sensitive, classified and in some cases, top secret information. That being the case, there would be a requirement to certify that the server she used was secure enough for this type of correspondence. There should be a document on file verifying that this certification process was completed, who performed the certification, and when. She should be asked to produce this document. If this was never done, it represents a very serious security violation.
Was her hard drive, emails, files sent to Benghazi to be destroyed to cover up the evidence, among other evidence of a illegal weapons deal to the ISIS reble fighters in Syria ?
