Give credit where credit is due-no one forces blacks to have a 70-something % out-of-wedlock rate, what with the easy, easy availability of birth control—no one forces blacks to murder each other and to target other racial groups at the high rates at which they do so-there are other groups who have high poverty rates but nowhere near the crime rate of blacks.
Yes, nobody forced them into the culture they are currently in, but incentives matter, and the welfare incentives are such that out of wedlock births are encouraged. When you make a certain lifestyle the path of least resistance, you will increase the amount of people living that lifestyle.
