Worked for HP at one time and had met Bill and Dave several times. Still use HP equipment.

Thanks God she did not design and build HP products during her tenure.

“I own a printer from the Carly Fiorina era of HP and it still works fine.”

I sold and Serviced Hewlett-Packard computer, printer, scanner, and instrumentation systems for many years. I formerly highly recommended Hewlett-Packard systems for many years, until the merger with Compaq and the arrival of Carly Fiorina destroyed the reliability, service, credibility, and reputation of Hewlett-Packard.

I still own tens of thousands of dollars worth of their equipment, most of which manufactured after about 2003 and later has proved to be pieces of very expensive garbage. They include HP laptop computers, desktop computers, file servers, DVD burners costing $500-$600 each, large format 24 inch wide printers, scanners, and more. Many of these products costing hundreds to thousands of dollars each failed multiple times out of the box, after warranty services, and after the expiration of warranty services. One laptop computer never worked, and no satisfaction could be obtained from Hewlett-Packard.

The Hewlett-Packard Website is incompetently managed, with basic product information never appearing or becoming deleted. Hewlett-Packard is like a person with a mental disorder suffereing amnesia from day to day.

Family and friends who have worked for Hewlett-Packard have reported the degeneration of the company, ill treatment of employees, and use of foreign labor abroad and inside the United States. They have also reported from inside Hewlett-Packard on how management directs the employees to use various schemes to deny warranty services for failed Hewlett-Packard products.

Also, do not forget how Carly Fiorina was involved in the criminal scandal involving corporate espionage allegations and unlawful wiretapping of a journalist and Hewlett-Packard managers. They also drove the founders’ family out of the printer division, one of the last strongholds of competence that has survived up to that point. Now you get LaserJet printers made in Vietnam with plastic gears that break.

Suffice it to say, Hewlett-Packard is not recommended, and neither is the person who was a major player in its downfall, Carly Fiorina.
