Illinois Rep. Aaron Schock is resigning his seat in Congress.
The 33-year-old Republican has been dogged by questions about his spending of taxpayer and campaign dollars. On Monday afternoon, POLITICO posed a lengthy set of questions about charging the government and his campaign tens of thousands of dollars in questionable mileage reimbursements.

WOW. Too bad he’s corrupt. IL could use some Republicans that have integrity.
He sure scumed quickly to Inside the Beltway greed. There is a saying about politics is now Hollywood for ugly people.

Sadly, if he’d been a Democrat, we wouldn’t even be having this conversation.
It would be EXPECTED, and any criticism of it would be played down by CNN as “Political posturing”.
He’s Corrupt? He should apply for a job in the IRS, HHS, EPA, DHS, DOJ, State Dept, or White House.
Schock will be “embraced” by the other side of the aisle and the hot pink belt crowd, and gainfully employed before he can get his exit form signed. Let’s set the clock, shall we?

Does the governor now get to appoint someone to fill this seat? Special election?
Not shedding any tears over this. Who is the best conservative non-Combiner for the special election? It’s one of the safest GOP seats in the Midwest.
To fill a House of Representatives seat is by special election.
Only Senators can be appointed.
Politico is Hillary’s coven. They are chasing thousands taken by Republicans, but are not interested in the millions she took from foreigners seeking favors from her while she was Sec. of State.Typical of rats.
