I watched it once.
It was one cliche after another.
Stereotypes are abundant throughout the script and it wasn’t very funny.
I’m of Asian ancestry and I thought it was terrible.
The only worse ‘Asian’ centric show was that fat Korean lesbo show they tried a few years ago. It was so bad I couldn’t watch it through the premier episode....................
That was 20 years ago now.
I read the makers of this show, and the writer of the book it was based on, talked to Margaret Cho about it to “learn from her mistakes”.
