You’re correct...Specifically:
“All Bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives”
That was before the Senate finalized and passed the ACA and Justice Roberts declared the penalty/fine for an individual who chooses to not purchase a policy under the ACA standard is a TAX. That destroyed the Constitutional concept of LAW so I guess now anything goes and the fraud can now raise our taxes through the stroke of his pin.
