Reuters revealed Hillary and Bill Clinton broke the disclosure rules they agreed to with the Obama administration..

I have to wonder if this was Obama, ValJar, et al, being clever in 2009, knowing that the Clintons would continue to be corrupt and feather their nests. The Clintons, for their part, probably took the agreement as a wink and a nod to be ignored.

The agreement itself may be of dubious legal strength; however, a discussion of quid-pro-quo corruption is what's required, and it's potentially explosive.
