Yes I think you’re right but his fear is the sum of knowing his (ACA) is on its way to the landfill of dashed hopes and dreams; he is in over his head regarding world political collapse; his benefactor George Soros, no matter how well healed, can’t control that collapse, and he looks weak and pathetic and is regarded as such by most world leaders.
Those are his fears. He’ll assume the lowest position in the pantheon of U.S. Presidencies; at the very bottom, lower than Jimmy Carter and THAT is scary. (You’ll note that Carter’s record is never discussed in the leftist media except when he’s photographed nailing a habitat together and his record they speak of is only post-Presidency)
