(Reuters) - Iran's top leader voiced mistrust on Saturday of U.S. efforts to reach a nuclear deal, even as Washington and its allies spoke of real progress and urged Tehran to take "difficult decisions".
With just 10 days remaining until an end-of-March deadline for a framework agreement, Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei denounced U.S. "bullying" in the negotiations and repeated Tehran's denial that it was seeking to develop a nuclear weapon.
After week-long talks with Iran in Switzerland, U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry flew to London to confer with his counterparts from Britain, France and Germany on prospects for resolving the dispute, which goes back more than a decade and has threatened at times to unleash a new war in the Middle East. In a joint statement, the foreign ministers said they agreed that "substantial progress" had been made with Iran in key areas, but some important issues remained outstanding.
"Now is the time for Iran, in particular, to take difficult decisions," they said.
British Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond told reporters the Western ministers were all in agreement that "we will not do a bad deal that does not meet our red lines".
Together with China and Russia, the four countries are trying to reach a deal with Tehran that would restrict the most sensitive aspects of Iran's atomic program in return for an easing of international sanctions.
U.S. ally Israel views Iran's nuclear activities as an existential threat, despite Tehran's strenuous denials that it wants to acquire nuclear weapons.
U.S. President Barack Obama said in an interview with the Huffington Post that Iran had not yet made the necessary concessions for a deal to get completed.

1.) Talks fail, March 31st deadline breached, everyone heads home.
2.) Obama and family head to Hawaii to start their Spring Break, BUT...
3.) He makes sure that everyone comes to Hawaii with him that he needs, especially his personally-picked military advisors.
4.) Iran and Russia (with Russia's assets in South America) launch a nuclear attack, hitting large metropolitan cities throughout the United States.
5.) Martial Law is implemented, FEMA is activated. Preparations for this have been going on for quite a while and these entities are already activated and on alert.
But now I have to throw into the mix, that when the talks fail that Israel will hit Iran's nuclear, military, communications and weapons facilities/stores.
When Israel strikes, the Psalm 83 War will likely commence as the Arabs will go even madder than they already are.
If Iran loses its ability to attack the United States, Russia will make up the difference and take the United States completely out of the picture as to doing anything toward any one.
“British Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond told reporters the Western ministers were all in agreement that “we will not do a bad deal that does not meet our red lines”.”
Red lines... bwahahahahahaha
Simpler scenario:
The March 31 deadline is breached and a new four month extension is announced so the endless talking can continue. Each delay benefits the Iranians and locks Israel in place since negotiations are on going.
I don’t think the Russians need to attack. Obama is doing more damage to the US than a nuclear attack.

The Kabuki dance needs to play out before the agreement is signed.
The deadline comes and goes.
Russia does nothing as it doesn’t need to. Pay attention to what China is doing by gobbling up as much gold as they can. They intend to remove the dollar as the “standard” and that will collapse our economy while China calls us out for that 7% of debt they hold. At that point, Iran can do pretty much what it likes and it will be Israel going it alone.
With obama spending 7.3 Trillion (with a willing congress) in just six years, we are teetering and it would not take much to take us down without firing a shot.
They will sign what ever deal Mental Midget Kerry makes up
I don’t believe that PM Netanyahu views any talks 0 and admin are having with Iran as locking Israel in place; Bibi knows the clock has run out and he needs to act per the right of Israel as a sovereign nation to exist, the ‘talks’ are just a stalling mechanism.
True, very true.
