Most of their adjustments actually raise the recent temperatures and lower past temperatures. Because they have weird protocols about how the sensitivity of the instrument changed over time. The time of day the reading was taken. Etc. Etc. Basically progressive scientist are just like progressives. You cannot trust anything they say or do.
Like putting the sensors next to air conditioner exhaust ducts. Or where they change or remove data (East Anglia) they don't like.
