I’m not big on disaster scenarios, but US military absolutely could get sucked in to defending Iranian move on Saudi and the Gulf States while the White Hut works to undermine the US military to bloody effect.
Iran will send ground troops from Iraq into Kuwait and Saudi Arabia after firing off a large volley of missiles, is my guess. You have to know there are numerous Iranian assets in Yemen.
