I can believe that. Also, you simply would not believe the condition of the mechanical equipment in some of those buildings down there. I’m talking “third world” style disrepair.
We recently visited NYC. While having coffee at an historic hotel, I commented on how many of the “updates” reminded me of Mexico....quite a bit of conduit ran around the walls/ceilings.
