This pattern is firming up. It’s now very well established:

The very most important ACTUAL news about the USA is NO LONGER originally broken by the media organs of the USA.

You have to get a Brit newspaper to tell you, or a former giftshop clerk, or a lucky-charms guy.

Or FR.

The more legitimate the source, the less news you will actually get, and that’s why they’re all cracking and not so slowly going away.

We are more like the Eastern-Bloc which relied on Radio Free Europe to learn the truth about what was going on in their countries.

If it weren’t for the dailymail.co.uk we would be in the “dark” on a lot of major stories that would have never seen the “light of day”
