Correct me if I’m wrong, but I don’t recall Microsoft getting mixed up in political battles. The perks they provide to certain employees is their own business, and as long as they don’t try to force others to do the same I’m fine with it.

They let their money do the talking. No employees gave more money including Google to the RAT Party in 2012.
