Barbershop... prompted by a fight... not sure that qualifies as a typical “mass shooting”. It’s not like someone waiting and planning for weeks to go after a school full of kids and teachers, with hundreds of potential victims. Even a large barber shop is only going to have 12-14 people at a given moment.

Is it OK to shoot up a barber shop as long as you don’t kill more than 14? Inquiring minds want to know.
I would say that the police saying that it likely saved numerous people makes it stopping a mass shooting.
Should add it to the list.
