A House panel Tuesday formally requested Hillary Clinton to testify about the private server and email account she used while serving as secretary of state.
Rep. Trey Gowdy, chairman of the Select Committee on Benghazi, sent a request to Clinton's personal attorney, David E. Kendall, requesting that Clinton appear before the committee no later than May 1 for a transcribed interview about the server and email.

He’s giving her to May 1? Can’t he lock her up for failing to turn over the server, and for erasing the emails after the subpoena? Gowdy’s part of the problem.

Last night, the thinking on Hannity was that it has more to do with illegal contributions to Clinton Foundation Accounts at the time certain ‘contributing’ governments got ‘special’ treatment. That would be fun to see. However, poor Amb. Stevens might get lost in the muddle.

Non of this will matter until Trey Gowdy calls for a special prosecutor. I don’t see how this cannot be obstruction of justice.
So why is Gowdy stalling? With the new revelations about hillary erasing emails after they were subpoenaed, it’s a crisis. She’s getting off the hook again.
It’s OK because Hillary only lies to Republicans to protect Democrats.

Somebody needs to put a generator on Hillary. As fast as she’s spinning, she could provide enough electricity for Al Gore’s mansion.
It beats me why he doesn’t request a prosecutor. I’m beginning to think that all of these guys are just big windbags. You can bet if she were republican something would have been done long ago. It’s frustrating as all get out. Obama has racked up one impeachable offense after another and no one defends the Constitution in this Congress.
if justice does not get done, it may well be street justice that takes over, people have their limits of injustice, real or imagined, just look at the black community....these politician a$$ clowns aren’t afraid of anything because nothing ever gets done, imagine if they had to pay for their crimes one way or another. Vigilante Justice takes over when lawful justice fails, just look at history. One or two incidences might make people change their evil ways.
Hillary needs to take a look at Harry Reid’s mishap and imagine that happening to her. The breaking/tipping point has been reached and Congress hasn’t felt the repercussions -yet- I’m not advocating rebellion or violence but I bet there are some out there who are thinking about it.
