This whole thing is getting stupid!
I lean more towards the ‘libertarian’ angle on this. Serve and provide a service to anyone who is willing to pay and not make an ‘issue’ of things.
Govt shouldn’t ‘force’ anyone to brake their religious beliefs if it doesn’t jeopardize someone’s life or national security!

If someone who is visibly drunk comes into my business and berates and cusses my customers will be removed. If he’s black am I racist? If he’s gay also am I a homophobe?
Business can deny service to anyone. They’ll probably go out of business if they do it for stupid reasons so let them.
Is “No Shirt, No Shoes, No Service” mean I discriminate against filthy hippies?
