The market of price is taking care of it, that is what my post pointed out, when the Santa Barbara plant is descriptive, they built it when the felt it was needed, and mothballed it for 20 years when appropriate, and now bringing it back on line.
Why you keep acting like Israel is comparable to us in it’s situation and motivations and politics, etc in regards to why it built another plant, is baffling.
We get it, other countries, including Middle Eastern nations use desalination, so do we, and we are building more plants.
Despite these hurdles, however, the United States ranks fourth among markets for desalinated water behind Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Spain”
There is one reason Israel is like us, and we are like it.
Can you figure out what it is? Evidently not.
They need more water.
So do we.
At then end of the day, this is all that matters on this subject.
Good grief.
