Ok, so how about prosecuting her for abusing her office by discriminating against those of a particular political group?

When the leaders no longer show respect for law and even proclaim themselves “the law”... the people will soon also not respect law... and then the government has only (and must use force) to implement its policies... this explains the desire by liberals to disarm the citizenry. To modern “progressives” law is always trumped by political ideology (seen when liberal judges overturn legal elections defining marriage). Mobs (Indiana, Ferguson) are cultivated (by compliant media) and roam the land seeking “heretics” to punish! Law to liberals is but a weapon to subjugate the people... as they who seek to RULE (not govern) see for themselves NO obligation follow “laws” (actually proclamations) they demand we obey. Tyranny and chaos soon reign and rebellion is always a possibility, so even more tyranny and force must be applied... and (without rebellion) the descent into totalitarianism is inevitable.

Actually, Lerner committed serious felonies by sharing taxpayer information with other departments in the gruberment.

Being as how she's a Manager in The Managerial State (aka The UniParty), she won't ever be prosecuted for these felonies.

The Managerial State:

Paul Gottfried, in After Liberalism, defines this worldview as a "series of social programs informed by a vague egalitarian spirit, and it maintains its power by pointing its finger accusingly at antiliberals." He calls it a new theocratic religion. In this view, when the managerial regime cannot get democratic support for its policies, it resorts to sanctimony and social engineering, via programs, court decisions and regulations...
