I can't make heads or tails of this. I don't know what he means, and I'm not sure even Mr. Barkley himself knows what he was trying to say here. Seems to be a completely nonsensical statement of some kind, utterly devoid of meaning.
I wonder why he even bothered to say anything at all, if this was what he had to offer.

I know of Charles Barkley only in passing. When I discovered he was a basketball player I understood why. I have never followed that trash sport. Any player of which opinion is garbage.
