The Muslims won't be deterred by dying in a retalitory strike any more than the thousands of Muslim suicide bombers worry about dying when they voluntarily detonate their suicide vests amongst the hated Infidels or other Muslims they consider heretics.
Oh, i don't know. Kill a couple hundred million and the rest may see the error of their ways.
