Even if global warming claims had been substantiated by the repeatable outcome of scientific method-based experiments that are designed to prove global warming, it remains that the states have never delegated to the feds, expressly via the Constitution, the specific power to regulate, tax and spend for global warming purposes.
The 17th Amendment needs to disappear. Former Senator Kerry is evidence of that.
I am sure glad that I am literally unable to post at my usual pace with an iPad, a device I never intended ever to use. But here I am with one I got for my birthday.

Only a truly sicko mind could characterize returning the same original chemicals in sea water back to the ocean as polluting the ocean. Assuming, of course, that those chemicals can never serve a useful purpose.
