God reigns over the nations, God sits on His holy throne.
Psalm 59:5
You, O Lord God of hosts, the God of Israel, Awake to punish all the nations; Do not be gracious to any who are treacherous in iniquity. Selah.
Psalm 79:6
Pour out Your wrath upon the nations which do not know You, And upon the kingdoms which do not call upon Your name.
God is mad. He is mad at many nations because there is one thing the nations legalize that He has abhorred and it would never enter His mind. Child sacrifice. He does not forgive the nations for this.
