You are wrong.
This is completely on topic. America cannot continually export American jobs, then argue at the same time, that insurance should be dependent upon our jobs.
I am all for America being a free place, which doesn’t rely on government to run our healthcare.
But we CANNOT DO THAT while we are continually just buying ever more stuff from the Chicoms.
Bring back American manufacturing.
Then we will bring back American healthcare.
Not government-supported healthcare. Real healthcare.
But we won’t have that, if we continue to just spend ever-more American money, buying stuff which wasn’t made in America.
One or the other:
Either we support American businesses, right here in America.
And we have free enterprise in our healthcare decisions. Or we send American jobs to China, and everyone demands our government take care of them.
(a situation which will by the way, eventually result in the complete collapse of the American economy)
America needs to be for America once again. The GOP needs to be for America once again.
America needs to bring back, American jobs.
There are two reasons for this:
1. It's cheaper to do business overseas.
2. There are more customers overseas.
The United States of America has become a tired, expensive place to do business, and doesn't offer the same growth prospects as other parts of the world. It's really that simple, and posting these "bring back American jobs" rants on FreeRepublic on any thread where you think they're relevant isn't going to do anything to change that.
I can tell you that all of this because I would love to open a business myself and employ other people, but I refuse to do so because I refuse to deal with a bureaucratic mess just to keep the lights on. This ObamaCare sh!t sure doesn't help, but the truth is that employer-paid health care is a complete disaster regardless even without ObamaCare.
I recall that you wanted the government to run healthcare, but backed-off on that too.
