A State Department official dismissed a plea Friday from Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu that the Iran nuclear agreement include clear recognition of his nation's "right to exist," declaring negotiations are "only about the nuclear issue."
State Department spokeswoman Marie Harf, in a terse response to a question about Netanyahu's concerns, told reporters, "This is an agreement that is only about the nuclear issue" -- a comment that indicates the Obama administration is not looking to enshrine Israel's security into a final agreement.
Harf, for her part, suggested the talks are complicated enough already. "This is an agreement that doesn't deal with any other issues, nor should it," she said.
Obama administration officials have insisted all along that despite their public disagreement with Netanyahu over the Iran deal framework, the U.S. commitment to Israel's security is unwavering. Further, White House spokesman Eric Schultz told reporters on Air Force One on Friday that the U.S. would not agree to any deal that would threaten Israel...

The Bible foretold 3000 years ago that Israel will not be accepted or recognized among the nations. Never has that been more evident than now.

It seems Obama is one better in the area of PR than the Jimmy Carter administration was. Obama does not acknowledge, nor does the press hold him accountable for Iranian hostages.
That is the essence of democrat improvement. (kind of like the unemployment rate.) It is the notion that perception is reality. This is the sort of notion of fools that will have Israel wiped off the map.
Isreal should just nuke them right now. Why wait until Iran has the upper hand?
Harf is a lying political slut. The proposed agreement includes commitments dealing with Iran's imports/exports of petrochemicals, automotive parts, gold and other metals, and the unfreezing of educational and other financial assets and transactions.
If Iran wants to interact with the nations of the civilized world, including Israel, they should agree not to set as goal the annihilation of such nations.

As much as I like Israel, any Iranian deal has to do with Iran, not Israel.
If we were to get worked up every time a Muslim raised his fist and screamed “death to [fill in the blank]” we would never get anywhere. Dealing with people from that culture is almost impossible. They lie, they change the deal, they feign damages...its just unworkable.
So you will never get them to accept Israel. Unless the Jews have their feet on the necks of the enemy.

It doesnt matter anyway. It is likely Iran already has the Uranium it needs. The Saudis are right behind them in getting one from Pakistan or the Norks—money is no object to them.
