So, where i’m contracted now, thay have lighting controls that are both motion sensitive, and controllable via a personal computer. There is a central system that shuts lights off at specific times, too.

So is this a hack attack on the myriad controllers in muni buildings?

Probably an issue with their power grid or power plants that they haven’t fixed, or possibly some sort of Enron 2.0? Anyone remember when Enron let the lights go out?
