I watched the video. I see no way to call this a good shoot. He will have his day in court. He will go to jail and do hard time.

Trying to defend the shooter cop in any way is nonsense.

Regardless of my skin color the man has the right to a fair trial in a court of law for that is the American way, with that being said this is not a good shooting granted running away from a PO is not a great idea but unless the person was a physical threat to the PO deadly force is the last option you ever should use. This is half the reason why I think every cop should have a camera and mic on them on all times, no questions asked about it.
