Actually to be accurate what Rand Paul said last night is that he wants to significantly build up the military. He just wants to pay for it by making cuts in other areas such as doing totally away with the dept of Commerce. Hallafrickinluyah! And I would like to see the depts. of Energy, Education, and HUD added to that.
