I assume the bill will have riders attached that also prohibit parents from getting their children counseling for anorexia, bulimia, cutting, depression, anxiety...

If a government can tell a parent not to get help for their own child, then that government can tell a parent anything. Anything from deserting the child to killing it.
It would be fun to watch the liberals go ballistic if some Republican were to submit a bill banning Obama supporters from having children. Never happen,though. Just a fantasy.
