Agreed. He should be forced to explain to the little girl (and her parents) exactly why he did such a cruel thing.

he MUST be placed in a position of apologizing to and offering to do something DECENT for the child’s family!! Offering himself up for Voluntary Commitment to a Mental Institution for starters!
There has to be a way to impeach this judge. He did not follow the law. I cannot imagine what that little girls parents have gone through, not to mention the child herself.
