There are still a couple minutes with no video. The guy who took the cell phone video said they were rolling around on the ground when he first spotted them.

So? He was still running away. He was not a threat to the officer. Life surely has to be of more importance than being disrespected.

The kid that shot my best friend in the forehead with a 45 Webley didn’t seem to be a threat either in fact he was being treated as an accident victim in a 1 car roll over. The he pulled the pistol from his boot and shot Troy in the face.
