What America should do is go out into the middle of Arabian desert and drop a small (say, about 20 megatons) nuclear bomb. Then, send a quiet, back channel message to all the arab "leaders" that any further attack on the U.S. homeland would trigger a similiar nuclear response on their Kaaba in Mecca. You're on to something there. I remember how badly Arafat absolutely soiled his pants at 9/11. He immediately disavowed the attack and quickly got in line to donate blood that very same day. They need to fear us, however, if they don't smuggle in and detonate a few nukes before B-HO leaves office, then they will have missed a golden opportunity for unreprised evil.
