To: Trapped Behind Enemy Lines

A constitutional ammendment should have been passed on what constitutes a family. Otherwise all Hell breaks loose. What if Utah says a man can marry multiple wives? Or Kentucky says you can marry brothers and sisters?

I can just see it, though - some judge would rule that the amendment was unconstitutional and therefore void.

In Utah polygamy was originally permitted. State was not allowed to enter in the union until that practice was outlawed. I’m not sure about brothers and sisters in KY...
