Seriously? How would we know? If they are only now known to be in the region 8 miles south of El Paso, TEXAS, then what is not known of there whereabouts inside TEXAS?

What is not known means how far inside TEXAS could they already be? Grand Prarie, TEXAS therefore gets no guaranteed pass from an ISIS.

They're just across the border from El Paso - it looks like about 400 miles to me. Of course, they may have training camps much closer than that.
