I am late to “our” morning thread because I wanted to read all of that Wisconsin horror story from National Review. National Review! NOT the Enquirer or some random blog. THOSE RAIDS HAPPENED!
Anyone else having serious allergy issues here in sw PA the last couple of days? I have had a chest cold (that still is giving me coughing fits every night) now sinus congestion, pain and red runny eyes. Yesterday was a 2 Benadryl day (which puts me in a fog). Allegra takes days to work (and I can’t take benydryl w/it so I’ll be miserable til it kicks in) and Claritin has never worked for my allergies....so I’ll be “foggy.” Or I should say “foggier” because I swear I’m getting slower witted by the day.
And look towards the moon tonight and tomorrow night (just after midnight)-the Lyrids Meteor shower should be visible (fingers crossed no heavy cloud cover here)

Hope you get over your allergies soon, PAMom. My BF has a bad head cold that has gone into his chest, but I don’t know if it’s allergy related.
Lyrids....sadly looks like clouds here in SW PA tonight and maybe tomorrow too.

Mrs p6 and got out entries in along with some of her coworkers. Don’t know how big the pot is this year BUT we are in the running. Ice is rotting and getting ready to break.
Mrs p6 had yesterday and she still has March 2nd.
I have the 24th and the 29th while 2 of her coworkers have the 27th and 30th.
Temps will be in the 50’s and 60’s the rest of the week!

My daughter is having problems kind of cold but longer so she is using allergy meds..seems like I sneeze a lot ans feels like a sore throat is coming on..I tweet with Pittsburgh space..
