The deck is totally stacked against the Republicans in the Electoral College. The fact is there are too many people dependent on the state or federal government now for their support. People vote with their wallets.

I think it was more that, having given so much already, the donors are holding her feet to the fire to see it through. They want what they paid for.
She's pretty much confined herself and these ‘discussions’ with ‘the people’ to tightly controlled scripted events concocted with the likes of ‘ordinary citizens’ who largely are party operatives, sympathizers and probably paid actors.
She slinks into town and enters through the rear of the venue lest she has to confront someone not in the cast. And the times when the narrative and stage cannot be controlled (like stopping to eat) slithers into the storefront in sunglasses. If she could get away with it, she'd probably wear a hoodie.
She'll try to continue and control this right up to her nomination. Even after the nomination, I'd say chances are you won't even catch her in a debate with the other nominee, certainly not a Scott Walker or a Ted Cruz.
Her campaign is going to try and live on the myth of what some believe of her in the past. Let's hope some Democrat out there sees that the only power where it counts is in perception, one no longer true.
When she stumbles, I suspect we'll see something rarely seen except on the plains surrounding Kilimanjaro were hyenas take down the wildebeest

I have, after some initial concerns, found that Ted Cruz might be the near-future chance for the Republic.
