Fox News links to Washington Free Beacon which links to WSJ, but nobody wants to post the WSJ article or even read the WSJ article.

Here'e the key parts of the WSJ article:

"Iran could receive significant economic relief immediately after concluding a deal"

"also freeing up tens of billions of dollars in Iranian oil revenue that has been frozen"

"Iran has between $100 billion and $140 billion of its oil revenue frozen in offshore accounts as a result of sanctions"

And finally, neither Obama nor anyone in the administration used this phrase between $30 billion and $50 billion. That came from "congressional officials"

"Iran could receive somewhere $30 billion and $50 billion upon signing the agreement, said congressional officials briefed by the administration."
