Mark Levin asks: “What did Barack Obama know about Hillary's deals and when did he know it?”

Why, just the other day, White House press secretary Josh Earnest asserted that the Clinton Foundation was “doing excellent work all across the world” and that President Obama was “incredibly proud” of Hillary Clinton’s record at the State Department.

So let me get this straight: Obama was on the golf course when foreign policy decisions were being made by his WH......looking like he "didn't know" about all these radical changes in foreign policy.

Lordy, it wasn't b/c Valerie "forgot" to tell him.

Apparently, the insider deal was Obama pleading abject stupidity about US foreign policy being jerked around by the Clintons.......as long as he got his cut of the Clintons' foreign policy finagling. =============================================

Oops, I almost forgot-----The WSJ reports the Obama administration had an "agreement w/ the Clinton Foundation" not to list Fernwood Foundation's contributions to the Clintons on its website. (Fernwood is a family charity run by Ian Telfer, chairman of Uranium One--that clinched the Russian uranium deal.)

Obama hired Hillary Clinton because he knew the Clintons are as corrupt and evil as he is and he could put their attributes to good use to harm America.

Even if the DOJ wont act....there's more ways than one to skin the crooked Clintons:

Foundation schemes might involve: (1) issuing phony statements of alleged payments that actually covered the transfer of funds for foundation insider's own use.

L/E should get ahold of: (1) copies of foundation checks, (2) wire transfers, (3) account statements, (4) invoices, (5) bills, (6) delivery tickets, (7) correspondence including e-mail, contracts, loan agreements, and, (8) any other books or records. L/E should also explore (a) monies paid to brokers, sub-brokers, (b) family members, (c) mortgage brokers, (d) financial managers, and, (e) real estate agents, brokers, and developers.

================================================

Taxpayers should demand the Bank Secrecy Act be mobilized if baking fraud is suspected.

Banks holding foundation money should be scrutinized if baking practices harmed depositers, shareholders, banking clients.

L/E should scrutinize foundation bank accounts for suspicious activites: (A) large deposits, (B) funds transferred from one account into another, (C) frequent requests for withdrawals.

<><> Bank records might also show diversions to secret LLC other accounts, to operate personal businesses, campaign funding. Financial fraud can also be facilitated by withdrawals, gift cards purchases, credit card purchases and intrabank transfers from govt accounts into personal accounts.

<><> A huge tipoff is whether bank withdrawals support luxurious lifestyle including payments for real estate, investment and stock holdings, jewelry, luxury vehicles, resort travel and gifts from luxury outlets for wives and mistresses.

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency processes questions and complaints concerning consumer issues within the jurisdiction of the OCC through our Consumer Assistance Group (CAG) (and sends misdirected complaints to the appropriate federal or state regulator).

OCC processes complaints involving national banks and federal savings associations with more than $10 billion in assets on behalf of the CFPB, while the CFPB builds its capacity to handle complaints.
