Well as you likely know, that’s the 2nd question that will be before the Supreme Court. 1. Is it a state issue; and if so 2. is a state’s decision recognized nationally.

That’s what I want to hear on the 28th that the supreme court says it’s a state matter, therefore avoiding a hot potatoe issue, and punts it back to the states, therefore, settled law....

Here that Supreme Court ?

Send this thing, the matter of gay marriage back to the states legislatures, therefore you get to punt this thing back to the states avoiding the whole matter..
