The Mayor of Baltimore just declared a citywide curfew from 10 pm to 5 am for those over 14 years old, and 9 pm to 5 am for those under 14.

Oh yeah...All the late night businesses will just love that..

This will cost hundreds of millions before it's over, and untold fortunes in bad publicity.
