The Peter Principle was already in full effect when she was elected mayor. Believe it or not, she’s actually somewhat of an improvement over the last mayor - Sheila Dixon.

Well, the Peter Principle says in part that “managers rise to the level of their incompetence.” I think she is still on the upswing.
