Exactly so and that was my point. Who knows how many times he was caught before and got off? Who knows how many other crimes he committed and was never caught?

Freddy was "known" to the police, in an area where drug deals went down, he ran and was caught. He was NOT some "innocent"!

I'm not saying that he deserved to die, but we don't know if he was injured when the police caught up with him, nor exactly how he sustained the injury that proved to be fatal.
