Slight disagreement. It will be another English Civil War on American soil. It will be over the same thing. Will one class be allowed to rule over the other(s). Will there be a ruling class that the rest of us will be subject to? Will we have the rule of law or the rule of men? The English are constantly working this out amongst themselves. Looks like it is our turn.
The English Civil War was not over whether there would be a ruling class.
It was over which class would rule.
Interestingly, at the time it was the Roundheads who were the conservatives. All the hip young with-it types were all in favor of royal absolutism, as was found almost universally on the Continent.
Restrictions on royal authority were (quite literally) medieval.
