TBD if this is true about Freddie but it's worth noting that the Gray family seems to be very litigious. We've seen court records showing lawsuits by Freddie Sr, Freddie, Frederika...

The guy was a serial drug dealer. He was a bad guy. He probably deserved what he got. But they're gonna have to go a long ways to make me believe he broke his own neck and crushed his own windpipe.

When Gray was first put in the police van, was he restrained by a seat belt? If the answer is yes, then this is on Gray. If the answer is no, then this is on the Baltimore police.

I read earlier that he just had spinal surgery less than two weeks prior to his arrest. If that is true, he should have been home resting and recuperating.
