State’s Attorney Marilyn J. Mosby said Friday she has probable cause to file criminal charges in the much publicized death of 25-year-old Freddie Gray who died while in police custody.

Six officers, including a lieutenant and a sergeant, have been suspended after the incident. Gray suffered a spinal injury and died after riding in a police transport van that made several stops.

On Thursday, Baltimore’s police officials said they turned over their initial report to prosecutors — a day earlier than expected.

EXPLOSIVE — SUNDANCE AT THE CONSERVATIVE TREEHOUSE DOES IT AGAIN — MAN CLAIMING ON TV TO HAVE BEEN IN PADDY WAGON WITH FREDDIE GRAY IS AN IMPOSTOR, PRESENTED BY JOURNALIST LESBIAN LOVER OF ONE OF PROSECUTOR’S STAFF!!

“Our research indicates the office of Baltimore State Attorney, Marilyn Mosby, used or allowed one of her deputy State Attorneys, Janice Bledsoe (who was in charge of the investigation as assigned by Marilyn Mosby), to willfully and intentionally place a false story using Bledsoe’s lover, WBAL-TV reporter Jayne Miller, and thereby create a fictitious story to imply Donta Allen as the passenger outlined in the Washington Post story.”

I wonder if she prosecuted the long-time perp the same way she made an exhibition of these officers? Likely not.Notice how the now-deceased perp, accused, etc. lingo now easily transitions to “this young man.” Touching.

If one is to believe the prosecutor. I sense we’ll hear the account and it was completely lawful. She doesn’t look too believable after a month normal amount of scrutiny.

“Why not an independent investigation instead of this witch hunt?”

By whom? The Attorney General’s office...or maybe a panel chosen by Obama? What is an “independent investigation”?

DA’s don’t convict anyone. That’s why we have juries, to protect against overzealous prosecutors and police.

“It is sad to see the U.S. justice system being politically corrupted right before our eyes like this.”

Actually, I think it is instructive. People are interested enough to pay attention to how the justice system works for a while, and it usually works pretty well, despite all the prejudice and anger in the community. You mentioned the Martin and Brown cases, which garnered much emotion, but in the end, the legal system followed the evidence, showed that evidence to the public, and was seen to have resolved those cases fairly, by most observers.

I expect the same thing to happen here.

I expect the same, which is why I said it would backfire on them and actually make matters worse.

The fact that there have been riots and people injured and killed as the result of the system finally working tells you that the system is, at the same time, being corrupted.

What these prosecutors, politicians and race baiters are doing is IMHO itself illegal and they should be held accountable for it under the law.

this is still the United States of America the Driver and all others involved in this episode has a Constitutional right to be silent!

True, but it's possible draw an inference from someones refusal to make a statement under oath - Hillary-Benghazi, Lois Lerner, et al. I’m sure, you probably knew that.

No,that uppity slut said the knife carry was legal under Maryland law. So what? He was arrested for violating BALTIMORE law. The city classes that knife as a switchblade. So, she is intentionally using inaccurate phrasing to mislead ignorant people.

I understand today in Baltimore they are having some kind of all faith march.

I as a Christian (sinner saved by grace of Jesus) would not have anything to do with one of these multi faith prayer/things.

I would not take part in any prayer march even if it was so called Christian denominations. I have no denomination out side Christianity btw.

I would not break bread with “liberal Christians” I believe the term is a oxymoron for starters. I want nothing to do with any “Christian” that was open to abortion/gay marriage in any way shape or form.

I believe I can make a Biblical argument with Scripture to support this...no I am not going to right here this moment, but will just reference shaking the dust off our feet.

Liberals/Democrats that claim to be Christian by voting or supporting abortion/gay marriage and the removal of God/Christ from the public square etc, have made a wilful choice against Christ. I want absolutely nothing to do with them, and certainly am not going to condone their behaviour by marching with them.

Not to mention I think the 6 officers are probably being railroaded, I see them as innocent as we speak.

And before someone calls me judgemental, I am and do witness one on one with people that see things differently, as well as giving out miniature Bibles with a sinners prayer.

“Jesus did not come to pander..and cajole” I said that!

The “liberal” “Christian” did!

marriage as a term is NEVER USED....anywhere to refer to the joining together of SIMILARS

this is true in Architiecture,,,,,FOOD....you name it

one doesnt MARRY a Bottle of FIne WIne to a Bottle .....Of...Wine

the examples are too numerous to recount here.

Marriage in the Biblical sense preceeded all other uses of the word.

these people...the “liberal” “Christians” are not only wrong Biblially theyre ALSO just plain arrogant ignorant and in in fact rather....Uneducated

I’m curious as to what danger you think was posed to those officers by a non-resisting man (at the point he was put in the van) who was essentially hogtied?
