She is either trying to make a name for herself early in her career or she is being pressured.
Reading between the lines, I believe that Gray was fatally injured when his body came into contact with an exposed bolt, as he was thrashing around in the back of the van.
She will justify 2nd degree murder by claiming that the officers drove recklessly, causing Gray’s injury.
This smells, big time.
All Baltimore police officers should quit and find other jobs elsewhere. It might be tough at first, but it’s a big country and they can spread far and wide.
I know they won’t, but I honestly think they should. Between the criminal mayor, the biased prosecutor and the the connections those two have with the traitors in a certain nearby national capital, the entire police force should, as a group, say “so long, and thanks for all the fish.”
Justice on behalf of the “young” thugs in Baltimore is what the prosecutor said. These police officers are being railroaded in a Marxist political circus. Rev Al was the messenger for Obama-Jarett-Lynch and the fix is in.
Pray for these officers. I hope they make bail.

My view on all of this is changing big time. My suggestion is many of these problems could be eliminated by reducing our police by 50% and encourage every law abiding American to be armed like the Swiss. Use the resulting savings to pay down our national debt.. Too many police leads to a police state.
It seems our public unions are bilking taxpayers so they can go off to retire in their 40s in the Villages of Florida while most taxpayers are working for another 25 years or more. Public servants shouldn’t have it better than we the public, but that’s how it now works in America.

If they did what the charges say, they need to be sentenced.
Nothing about him having had the surgery before being arrested. Not surprised.

I thought in cases where a prosecutor brings charges without a grand jury that a probable cause hearing before a judge several weeks later is required. I know that was true in the Duke Lacrosse Hoax when disbarred DA Nifong maliciously misled the grand jury, using a rigged “liar-victim” ID using only pics of Duke lacrosse players, to circumvent the defendants’ right to a hearing which would have exposed his perfidy before the primary election.
