Baltimore has paid out MILLIONS to people it PD has provided “rough rides” to. To think this guy wasn’t strapped down due to simple negligence would require the “willful suspension of disbelief”. Don’t believe me, feel free to google it yourself.

Secondly even if you were to suspend disbelief to the point of its just negligence, that’s still at least manslaughter.

Unless there is evidence that the suspect killed himself, which is an even bigger laughable assumption on its face... The PD and officers involved are culpable for his death.

How many knots are folks going to try to twist themselves into trying to avoid the reality that this thing stinks to high heaven? Already tried to latch onto the lie that the suspect had a broken neck prior to the arrest... LIE.... etc etc etc.

This absolutely should be going forward as a criminal case, the very least manslaughter. That trial will hopefully lead to finding out what actually happened, but to think cops can just “screw up” and a man being dead in their custody is not something worthy of consequences is idiotic.

white guys get killed by black cops all the time how come we don’t hear about it?

And BTW no matter what happened it does not excuse the rioting filth who need to be locked up for a long time. But will they be?

NOPE.

Bingo, and that is what the focus will be on the practice of “rough rides”.

I've been watching this on Fox, and Hannity, while a he's a bag of hammers on a good day, made a complete jackass of himself yesterday.

I'm a conservative, but I don't truck with the idiots who advocate conservative positions without regard to reality.

On the other hand, he could have given them such a rough time that trying to buckle him in wasn't worth the trouble, and they decided they'd simply take their chances on this one occasion.

I still don't understand on what grounds they arrested him. Perhaps because he was behaving erratically?
